Anti-inflammatory recipes
When we first talked about providing our readers with anti-inflammatory recipes, we knew we had to do things a little differently from most other recipe websites. If you’re suffering from an inflammatory disease you may find it difficult to work in the kitchen for long periods. Or you may simply not have the time or the means to go shopping for an array of ingredients.

Therefore all of our anti-inflammatory recipes conform to the following criteria:

  • Ingredients from our list of anti-inflammatory foods
  • Maximum of four ingredients that you wouldn’t normally have in your fridge or store cupboard
  • No more than 30 minutes preparation time
  • No need for specialist kitchen equipment or utensils

We have also split our anti-inflammatory recipes into ‘meal types’ so that you can easily plan your menus.
