There could not be a more simple or quick dessert than strawberries with cold crumble.

Strawberries with cold crumble

 Serves 4 –

  • 400g fresh strawberries
  • 500g dairy-free yoghurt
  • 200g sugar free muesli
  • 50g mixed nuts
  • Natural honey

Method –

  • Divide the yoghurt into four bowls, keeping it from the sides.
  • Wash the strawberries, slice in half vertically and arrange around the edge of the bowl.
  • Put the muesli and nuts into a blender and blend for 30 seconds.
  • Divide the muesli mix across the four bowls inside the strawberry border.
  • Drizzle with natural honey and serve.

Tips –

  • You can, of course, use any fresh fruits.
  • Remove the strawberries from the fridge at least 30 minutes in advance to allow the flavour to develop.
